Nature of the content

Scamany compiles and analyses gaming, esports and creator controversies from public sources. Content is for information only and is not legal, financial or investment advice.

Investigation findings are always attributed to the body that published them. Every article is labelled "sourced fact", "analysis" or "hypothesis". A hypothesis is a question to be tested, not a statement of fact about any person or organisation.

Accuracy and updates

We work to verify and date our content but do not guarantee it is complete or current at all times. Please check the linked original documents. When stronger documentation appears, content is corrected and dated.

Intellectual property

Scamany™, the Scamany logo, editorial content, compiled data (timelines, comparison tables, impact analyses) and site design belong to Scamany.

Third-party documents, images, trademarks and names belong to their respective owners and are quoted only as needed for readers to verify information.

How you may use the content

You may:

• read and share links to any page;
• quote short excerpts with clear credit to "Scamany" and a link to the original page;
• use content for study, research and journalism with attribution.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• bulk-copy or republish entire articles or datasets without written permission;
• use Scamany content to attack, harass, dox or defame anyone;
• crop or distort content, or present hypotheses as confirmed facts;
• scrape the site at a rate that burdens the service;
• impersonate Scamany or use the Scamany brand in a misleading way.

Right of reply, corrections and removal

People and organisations mentioned may send responses, statements or documents; verified responses are published with the date. Rights holders may request correction or removal by sending the URL and information establishing their right.

Links and advertising

The site links to external sites Scamany does not control. The site may show advertising; ads do not influence editorial content and do not imply Scamany endorses the products advertised.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Scamany is not liable for damage arising from using or relying on the content, or from temporary unavailability of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be settled by negotiation by email before being brought to a competent authority.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the new effective date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
